Melissa’s mom, Debbie, contacted me over a year before the wedding. Ever since Melissa was a little girl she LOVED the harp so Debbie hired me to play for her wedding as a surprise! Debbie couldn’t contain her excitement and ending up telling Melissa. (This is something I would do! I’m terrible at keeping surprises because I get so excited!) Melissa had the fairytale wedding she dreamed of at the beautiful Saxon Manor in Brooksville! She looked so beautiful and had the cutest shoes!! She walked down the aisle to “A Dream is A Wish your Heart Makes” and exited to “So this is Love” (from “Cinderella”). Even though there was rain on the forecast, the skies remained clear for the ceremony! Yay! The harp looked so beautiful on the porch of the old house! I had such a great time playing for this wedding. I’m so thankful for Melissa and John for including me in their very special day! I wish you both the best! Xoxo Kymberle and Michael had the picture perfect ceremony at the Don Cesar hotel in St. Petersburg Florida. The weather was amazing!! It was 80° and breezy. It was absolutely perfect, just like their special day! I love how Kymberle and Michael thought of all the little details. They broke gender stereotypes by having a grooms-woman. They divided their flower girls to coordinate with the groomsmen and bridesmaids. The groom’s flower girls were dressed in gray. The bride’s flower girls were dressed in pink, matching the bridesmaids. Kymberle’s dress was stunning! It was embellished with beading and rhinestones. I love how she chose an off white color for her dress. She looked GORGEOUS. Curious onlookers were spotted from their rooms looking down watching the ceremony. I don't blame them, it was so beautiful! Except for the part where I almost died coughing! lol I forgot to mention that I was sick that weekend. I also lost my tuning key at the hotel. Thankfully, the staff found it (after I ordered a new one lol). I now have a bright pink tuning key so it’s easily spotted if I drop it. Hehe :) Kimberly is so sweet and I'm SO thankful to have a bride like her. I wish Michael and Kimberly lots of love and a lifetime of happiness.
Holly and Kevin tied the knot at the beautiful Carrollwood Country Club. You couldn't ask for a better day for a wedding. The skies were blue and the sun was shining. The bridesmaids looks beautiful in their navy blue dresses adorned withrhinestone detailing. They had the cutest little ring bearer. He reminded me of my son, so cute! Holly looked so beautiful in a strapless dress with rhinestones on the bodice and on the beautiful long train. She wore a rhinestone floral crown tiara and had a gorgeous beaded veil that accented her gorgeous dress. The ceremony was really special. It was officiated by gentleman that was close to their heart and he was 93 years old. It was really sweet to have him do the ceremony. I played traditional songs for ceremony: “Canon”, “Here Comes the Bride”, and “Wedding March”. While the guests arrived I played a song from the video game, Final Fantasy. I was approached after the ceremony by a couple of guests that recognized the song. I love how excited they were that I played that song! I was lucky to be able to also play for their guests during the cocktail hour. Even though moving the harp up the stairs for the cocktail hour was a little challenging, it was so worth it. The sounds of the harp were perfect in the hall while guests waited to enter the reception. I’m so thankful that Holly and Kevin chose me to be included in their journey to forever. I wish you both the best!! Xoxo Check out the amazing video by Celebrations of Tampa Bay!
